Job Description

Automation team is dedicated to support each team's process to become more efficient and accurate. Automation specialist is responsible for developing automation tools and visualization dashboards in order to provide outstanding support for the Shared service Center.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to streamline current processes for the operational team.

  • Develop and code tools to improve process efficiency and accuracy.

  • Manage project and prioritize initiatives.

  • Collaborate with different teams to collect requirements.

  • Analyze processes to find pain points.

  • Design system solutions for pain points.

  • Present the solutions or tools to the key stake holders.

  • Maintain and enhance tools.

  • Train employees on automation skills.

  • Support site leader and CI team to build up CI culture

  • Support employees to implement automation related ideas.

  • Offer instructions of the tools to process owners.

  • Provide continuous supervision of tools in order to secure quality and performance.

  • Adhere to project plans.

  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.

  • Encourage creativity, open communication, excellent customer service, and constant improvement; foster proactive behavior.

Requirements:

  • College or university degree preferably in computer science, programming, or similar degree

  • Min. 5 year in the relevant field (IT or similar field)

  • Functional communication level in English (both written and verbal)

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Advanced knowledge of automation coding (RPA/Macro/C++/Python or similar languages)

  • Have basic understanding of financial related processes (AP, AR, OTC, RTR, etc.)

  • Trainer skills (on the job training)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Logical thinking and paying attention to details under pressure

  • Supportive attitude

  • Customer-centric mindset
