Job Description
3+ years of experience in any Business Process (Accounts Payable, Finance, Customer Services, Logistics) preferrable in Shared Service environment
Lean Six Sigma knowledge and experience, active LSS certificate is an advantage
Project management experience
Proficient User of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
Ability to participate in cross-functional teamwork
Ability to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, and organized manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient problem-solving skills and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to break down a problem into the most critical parts, define assumptions, facilitate good decision making and determining root cause
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and achieve results via interpersonal and influencing skills while interacting with and adapting to varied audiences, from front line through leadership
Demonstrated customer focus, making internal and external customer satisfaction a priority with the ability to prioritize and manage a broad range of complex initiatives
Bachelor’s degree
Fluency in English
