Job Description

• Job Responsibilities :

• According to the company and workshop management system, be responsible for completing the maintenance of the power supply and distribution system and electrical equipment, regularly inspect and troubleshoot the equipment, ensure the normal use of the equipment, and ensure the smooth completion of the production plan;

• Strictly abide by the company's various management systems to implement the safety operating procedures of this position, improve self-safety literacy, and work with a certificate;

• Master the operation, technical status and defects of the equipment, make timely and accurate inspection and maintenance records, clean the maintenance site in time after maintenance, and ensure that the equipment can operate normally and quickly after maintenance;

• During the duty period, be responsible for close contact with the local power supply system, uniformly dispatch the power supply and distribution system of the whole plant, and carefully fill in the duty record and inspection record, and strictly implement the handover system;

• When a power outage is required due to a fault, a power outage notice should be issued to the person in charge of the power consumption department in advance. For sudden power outages, the department head and company leaders should be reported and corresponding measures should be taken;

• Keep the floor and equipment surface of the distribution room clean, keep the distribution room waterproof and moisture-proof, plug the loopholes, and strictly prohibit small animals from entering the distribution room;

• Keep the fire protection facilities in the power distribution room intact at all times and ensure the normal operation of the emergency lights in the power outage state;

• Responsible for the use and storage of equipment and tools and the management of equipment spare parts;

• Carry out related work in accordance with EHSQ requirements.

• Complete other work items arranged by superiors.

Job requirements :

• Full-time technical secondary school education or above, electrical engineering, mechatronics and other related majors;

• More than three years of experience in the maintenance of power supply and distribution systems and electrical equipment in large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises; familiar with electromechanical equipment in chemical enterprises;

• Priority will be given to those who hold the corresponding special operation qualification certificate (electrician, height operation, etc.).
