Job Description

 Principle Accountabilities:

主要职责：

1. 为生产运营团队提供协调支持工作，与HSE、质量、维修、工程项目、采购等部门密切合作，持续推进卓越运营，贯彻生产成本控制策略；

A general coordinator support to the production operations team working closely with HSE, QA/QC, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement and etc. to drive continuous operational excellence and cost control strategy;

2. 掌握生产工艺和生产装置运行体系，根据生产计划与工程项目和维修团队协调各类设备改造或维修日程安排，或以此反馈生产计划变更；参与制定工厂年度大修计划，并作为生产部门协调人，协助推进执行；

Master understanding of the manufacturing process and facilities operations system. Lead the liaison and coordination with engineering project and maintenance team for various change projects or maintenance implementation aligned with production plan and target or address necessary production schedule change. Join the team for initiating plant annual turnaround planning, scheduling and controlling.

3. 参与起草制定生产的装置启动或停止运行计划方案，协调各区域生产团队的有序执行，达到预期目标；

Participate the commissioning and shutdown plan, and coordinate all area operations team for the smooth action steps to achieve the desired targets;

4. 协助推进关键性安全环保指标及卓越运营项目的落地执行，和SAP系统的运用及提升；

Support downstream implementation of key environmental, safety and Op Ex programs, and SAP downstream operations or improvement;

5. 完成上级交办的其他工作事项。

Any of other job assigned by the immediate manager.

 Knowledge/Experience/Skills Needed

任职要求：

1． 全日制大专以上学历，本科优先；化工类及相关专业；

College in chemical or related major. Bachelor is a plus.

2． 五年以上精细化工、石油化工、新能源或新材料生产工艺或运营团队管理工作经验。

More than 5 years’ manufacturing planning, process or operations team leading experience in special chemicals, petro chemicals, new energy or materials manufacturing site.

3． 熟悉锂等原材料的工艺、生产、检维修运行流程。

Familiar with the lithium materials technology, production and maintenance process.

4． 持有化工工程师类资格证书者优先 / Certificated Chemical Engineer is a plus.

5． 熟练使用MS Office办公软件（Office、Excel、PPT等）；

A good command of MS Office (Office, Excel, PPT and etc.);

6． 具备基础的英文读写能力，如能用英语作为工作语言更佳。

Basic English reading & writing capability. Oral English as working language is a plus.
