Job Description
· Work safely and promote safety work practices.
· Investigate the causes of safety and environmental incidents and take action to prevent similar incidents.
· Measure and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance such as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), mean time between failures (MTBF), and cost. Use KPI’s to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Investigate causes of equipment failures and make deign improvements to prevent similar failures.
· Design preventive maintenance programs that maintain equipment in good condition and prevent equipment failures.
· Implement predictive maintenance programs such as vibration analysis, lubrication, and inspections.
· Develop and lead the continuous improvement program for the site. This includes KPI reporting, incident reporting; root causes analysis, making design improvements, skills training, and continuous improvement meetings and teams.
Ensure pressurized equipment, such as equipment and piping, are designed and maintained according to Chinese codes and regulations.
